How can I buy Effe Nails products?

You can buy on our website; add your products to the cart, check the shipping and payment information, then complete the order.

How do I manage the cart?

Explore our shop and add the products you want to order to your cart. To complete the purchase, click on the trolley symbol at the top right: you will find all the products you have previously selected. Click on "Check-out" to proceed with the payment.

I am a registered customer: what should I do to purchase?

If you have already purchased on our site or if you have already registered in the past, access your account by entering your email and password. In this way all the fields will be filled in automatically with the data entered during registration, which you can still modify if necessary. If you have forgotten your password, no problem, just click on "Forgot your password?" to receive the steps to create a new password by email.

I am not a registered customer: what should I do to purchase?

If you purchase on our site for the first time, carefully fill in all the fields with the requested data (if you do not fill in all the mandatory fields, you will not be able to proceed!). You can enter a different shipping address than the billing address. To receive the invoice, which we send in digital format via email, enter your or your company's VAT number.

How is the order paid?

Before proceeding with the purchase, the system shows you a summary of the order, so that you can check in detail that everything is correct in order not to make mistakes. Furthermore, our system checks in real time that all the items are available and, if not, automatically removes the missing products from the total order value. Should system errors occur and an ordered item is no longer available in our warehouse, you will be contacted as soon as possible for a replacement or refund.

The final value to be paid includes the products in the cart and any shipping and/or cash on delivery costs. You can choose whether to pay by credit/debit/prepaid card, Google Pay/Apple Pay, Paypal or cash on delivery.

Once the order is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with the summary of your order (check the 'spam' section if you can't find it!).

Am I entitled to any discount?

Enter the respective code at checkout in the following cases to get a discount:

- 5% for orders over €200 (code SAVE5 ).
- 10% for orders over €500 (code SAVE10 ).
- 20% for orders over €1,000 (code SAVE20 ).
Products already in promotion, kits and electrical equipment are excluded from this offer. Discount codes are not cumulative.
