Returns and Refunds

You can return one or more products you purchased on the Effe Nails website within 14 days from the date you received the items, without penalty and without the obligation to specify the reason for your choice.

The costs of returning the products are charged to the customer.

If you decide to return products, please follow the steps below.

1. Send an email to info@effenails.it indicating the products you want to return.

2. Wait for our return authorization

3. Put the goods in packaging (preferably the original one), attach the shipping label and send the package.

Please note: once you have received the return authorization, you will have to send the products to Effe Nails within 14 days.

The products must be returned intact, sealed, unused or damaged, in their original packaging, complete in all their parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: instruction manuals, cables, etc.), otherwise the refund will not will be authorized.

Once we have verified that the returned products comply with the indications given, we will refund the amount of the products to the same payment method used when ordering, including any delivery costs (in the case of an order including only the returned item), within a maximum of 14 days of receiving the return.
